Mandala Class on Saturday

Join me for a satisfying way to start the new year--meet at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Greater Lansing--across from the East Lansing Public Library on Grove Street.   Chuch membership IS NOT required for participation.

MAKE A MANDALA 

Saturday, February 18, 2012, 10:00am-NOON, Social Hall (ground floor entrance)

A mandala can be used as a way to center meditatively, achieving focus, reflection or peacefulness. We will use simple art techniques to create our own mandalas, based upon a circular design. Circles appear in nature - planets, flowers, eyeballs, cells, snowflakes. Let us make a mandala that represents an aspect of our personal nature and/or spirit. Supplies and instruction provided.
