Fifteen students and I just finished a wild, wonderful week of "Recycled Crafts" at LAG in Lansing, Michigan. We had fun repurposing books into birdhouses, made bags from blue jeans, and created figures from cans and wire. WOW!! The students showed a lot of creativity and imagination in their art work--
thanks to my gracious host, Lansing Art Gallery. Family and friends attended the class' art show today, 3:30-4:00PM.
